Company

Over two decades of evolution in technology.

Leadpro started in 2005 as a web agency. Today we’re a technology company — client services and our own digital products, run for the long term.

Timeline

2005

The beginning

Leadpro starts out as a web agency — building websites, first projects for Romanian companies.

Over time

From websites to systems

The work expands from brochure websites to applications and systems built around clients’ real processes — the first step from "online presence" to "working tool".

More recently

Automation and applied AI

We add digitization, process automation and AI integration wherever they cut repetitive work — a natural extension of custom software, not a separate direction.

Today

Our own products, run publicly

We build and run our own digital products (eSRL, 1002, Pinyap) alongside client services — testing technical and product decisions on our own platforms.

Our philosophy

We start from the business problem, not the technology. We don’t recommend custom software when an existing product is enough, and we don’t recommend AI when a simple rule solves the problem just as well — more predictably, and more cheaply.

We stay involved after launch — maintaining and evolving a system matters as much as building it in the first place.

How we work

Our process, from discovery to long-term operation, is documented separately — see how we actually work.

Our own products

We test technical and product decisions on our own platforms before recommending them to clients — see Leadpro’s products.

Mission and direction

We help companies run more efficiently through custom software, automation and AI applied with discernment — and we apply the exact same principles to our own products.

Problem before technology

We don’t recommend a solution before understanding the real process behind the request.

Technical honesty

We say clearly when a tool isn’t the right fit — including when the honest answer is "you don’t need AI here".

Long-term responsibility

We stay involved after launch — maintenance matters as much as the initial build.

Proof, not promises

We test technical and product decisions on our own platforms before recommending them to clients.

What sets us apart

Who we’re a good fit for — and who we’re not

Not every project is a good fit for working with us, and we say so directly — including when the honest answer is to recommend someone else.

Working together tends to work well when

  • There’s a concrete business process, with repeatable steps, that needs to be digitized or automated.
  • What’s needed is a system built around the organization’s real workflow, not the process bent to fit a generic product.
  • You’re looking for a partner who stays involved after launch, not just a deliverable handed off and forgotten.
  • Technical decisions are made from discovery and data, not from a trend ("AI" with no clear problem behind it).

We’re probably not the right fit when

  • The main criterion is the lowest possible price, regardless of process or quality.
  • What’s needed is a simple brochure website with no business logic — a no-code product or a freelancer is probably a better fit.
  • "AI" is requested as a marketing label, with no operational problem for it to solve.
  • Delivery is requested with no discovery — steps 1-4 of our process can only be skipped if the risk is already well understood and accepted.
