How It Works
1002 connects an agent to the business’s WhatsApp account, set up in a few minutes by scanning a code. The agent takes over conversations, can answer frequently asked questions, and can organize orders and appointments. The account can also be accessed via a code sent directly on WhatsApp, not just email/password (see the login screenshots above).

The Product Challenge
The difference between a generic automated reply and a genuinely useful agent lies in correctly understanding the real intent behind a message (order vs. question vs. complaint) and knowing when to hand the conversation over to a human. This is the product’s central challenge, not the technical connection to WhatsApp itself.
General Architecture
A web application for configuration/administration (account, agent) connected to the WhatsApp Business API of each client company.
Security and Operations
Account authentication, with the option of direct login via WhatsApp (no password exposed). Conversation data belongs to the connected business account and is not shared between different companies.

WhatsApp Business (the product’s core integration).
