How long we keep the data

Messages sent through the form go directly to Leadpro’s contact inbox by email and remain there for as long as necessary to respond to your request, including any follow-up correspondence — subject to our email provider’s normal retention/backup rules. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time, by writing to our contact address.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, or its correction or deletion, at any time, by writing to us at office@leadpro.ro.You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, and you can object to the processing of your data, using the same contact address.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal — ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
